• Administrative Services~

Managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to clients. Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, assisting with project documentation. Assist with event planning, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general support as needed.

• Course Development~

Serves as Training Developer developing curriculum for Active and Reserve Component students. Develops Program of Instruction (POI), Course Administrative Data (CAD), Master Training Schedule (MTS) Course Management Plan (CMP), Individual Student Assessment Plan (ISAP), Training Support Packages (TSP), and Individual Training. Develops lesson plans, instructional media packages, student slides, study guides, training aids, and practical exercises in accordance with TRADOC Regulation.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance~

Ensures compliance with TRADOC and Cyber School policies and regulations, providing educational soundness for training objectives and materials.

• Cyber Security ~

 Full-spectrum solutions, covering strategy, security capabilities, continuous monitoring, tactical execution, and training. Communications and technical expertise in equipment systems. Provide tactical and strategic communications services to Army Warfighting battle staffs. Address and help mitigate challenges related to complex software, personnel rotations, and hardware upgrades.

• Instructional Analysis~ 

Performs instructional analysis, design, development, validation, and evaluation (ADDIE) based on Systems Approach to Training (SAT) criteria.

• Project Management~

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of  training programs. Developing training curriculums, coordinating with instructors and subject matter experts, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating logistics for training sessions, and ensuring that training materials are up-to-date and effective. Continuously monitoring training outcomes and collecting feedback from participants.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. Including  managing budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations..

• Training  ~

Facilitate  course material related to current technologies in cyber or I.T. career fields, spectrum analyzing, networking technologies and python programming.

Facilitate course material relating  to radio, satellite, and routing/switching systems.
